Devon Ash2024-09-20Ben has sorted out the mcs paperwork for us a couple of times now and has allowed us to flawlessly transition from our own bespoke plans to installation. On average we are achieving 1kw-7kw COPDaniel Cotter2024-09-10All round reform provided a 5 star experience from initial enquiry to installation and even took extra time to explain how best to use my new heat pump. Will be using them again to look after my system.Matt Jenkins2024-09-04Ben helped me install a Heatpump in a local project of mine, he’s so knowledgeable and made the whole process very simple with sound and comprehensive advice. I really liked his attention to detail as we both share a healthy level of OCD when it comes to tidiness Can highly recommend and will be using him again in the coming monthsJim Davis2024-02-23Quick, efficient, and high quality install of a Vaillant heat pump from the team at Reformenergy. Took the time to design the system in the most efficient way which meant returning to balance and commission the system properly rather than take the easier option and just fit and forget which I’ve heard stories of other installers doing. This means we get a ridiculously efficient system that is cheap to run and will be for the next 20 years, as well as a house that is thermally stable and far more comfortable than with our old gas boiler. Every house is different but because of the design, handover instructions, and time of use tariffs, our hot water/heating bill has dropped by a third (even more if you consider the additional use of our own solar generation) and we no longer have main gas (or the standing charge for it) at our property.Robin Toy2023-10-28Reformenergy provided an amazing and professional service from start to finish. For us they removed our old night storage heaters and installed a complete new air source heat pump, water tank and radiators. The service was exactly what we expected after looking around at the industry and training bodies like Heatgeeks. First they came and did a survey of the house and measured everything so they could perform heat loss calculations allowing them to design the system to meet our needs. This design stage is what sets plumbers and heating engineers apart, and also gives this technology a bad name. Without this design, the system will not work effectively. Once all was accepted, the installation was smooth with great communication. We are in the colder part of the year now with the heating coming on, and all I can say is the house has never been as warm or had such hot water before. Due to the great design work our system is running around 4.9-5.5 scop depending if it is heating water or not. This means our system is at least 490% efficient turning every 1kw of electricity into 4.9kw of heat, which compared to gas which is about 90% efficient. Great work and a big thanks to the team at Reformenergy Services Ltd.Leah Cottrell2023-03-16Fantastic service. Helpful and trustworthy. New boiler was perfect and at a decent price.Sarah Dienes2023-01-20Professional presence online and in person. Prompt process from previsit, to quote, to coming to complete the work. Competitive pricing.katie allan2023-01-09Because they weren't condescending, answered all my naive questions. Took time to explain and turned up on time ,cleaned up afterwards. They never moaned once about my choice words . I would recommend them to anyone that wants a heat pump fitted basically anything to do with heating plumbing .Carl Tregale2023-01-09I Would highly recommend this company! We had a brand new boiler fitted along with new radiator. Fantastic service, reasonably priced and a lovely chap.
FAQs of Heat Pumps
What is a heat pump and how does it work?
A heat pump is a device that transfers heat from one place to another, providing both heating and cooling for your home.
